INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add all the ingredients into the bread machine, adding the yeast last.

  2. Set on the dough cycle and let run its course. (If you are not using a bread machine, activate your yeast in water and then mix into other ingredients and knead until it is tough, then cover and let rest 1.5 hours).

  3. Remove dough from machine and use a dough scraper or a knife to cut the dough into 8-12 equal pieces.

  4. Place a piece of Parchment Paper on a baking sheet. Then gently pinch and fold, one at a time, each piece of dough to knead them, and place them on the baking sheet and cover and let rest for about an hour to rise.

  5. Preheat oven to 375°

  6. Uncover buns and use a basting brush to mix together the egg and milk to make egg wash.

  7. Lightly baste the buns (and add seeds if you want) and place them in the oven to cook for about 17 minutes.

  8. Remove from oven and let buns cool completely on a cooling rack before slicing and serving.
