3-4 Tomatoes diced
6-7 Basil Leaves
3 Cloves Garlic minced
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Balsamic Vinegar
Bread Slices, toasted

INSTRUCTIONS:
Start by preparing the bread. Slice the bread into half-inch thick pieces and Toast until they are golden brown and crisp.
Prepare the Topping by dicing tomatoes into small, even pieces. Chiffonade fresh basil leaves (roll them up and slice thinly). Finely mince a few garlic cloves. I also like adding a tiny bit of onion as well.
Mix with some Olive oil, Salt & Pepper and a little Balsamic vinegar.
Assemble the Bruschetta by drizzling olive oil over the bread slices. Now, Spoon a little mound of diced tomato mixture onto the bread. If you want you can top it with extra basil and a balsamic glaze.
